General
Order and Shipment Information
To place
an order, please fax a purchase order to
Chicago Lighthouse Industries, Attn: Nancy Puhr, at 312-666-1546, or
call us at 800-842-8624 x3682.
The Lighthouse
has no minimum order policy on its standard products. The Lighthouse
requires minimum orders only on customized products which may vary depending
upon the required modifications.
Standard
shipment time is 14-21 days from receipt of order on standard products.
All merchandise will be shipped via Federal Express ground unless total
weight of order indicates reduced shipping charges by truck. Shipping
charges are F.O.B. Chicago.

Prices
may vary depending upon quantity, mix 'n' match options or customized
features.

Processing Available
Terms
of Sale
Net 30
days from date of invoice on approved credit. Products are shipped F.O.B.
Chicago. Freight is not subject to Lighthouse trade discount. If payment
is not made within 30 days from date of invoice, customer shall be liable
for interest charges of up to 2% per month and collection costs, including
attorney's fees.
New
Accounts/Credit
New, open
accounts can only be established on initial orders exceeding $500.00
net, accompanied by 1 bank credit and 2 trade references. Establishing
credit may take up to 7 business days from the date of order receipt.
Chicago Lighthouse will also accept a 50% down payment for first time
orders. Please allow adequate time when submitting first order, or enclose
payment with order. Non-cashier checks are held 7 days on new accounts
before shipment is made. Returned check charge is $15.00. MasterCard
and Visa cards are accepted. We may cancel or change credit terms at
our discretion and may request advance payment at any time.
