Welcome new SBE Client MetroHealth

The Chicago Lighthouse will soon be providing contact center support for Cleveland-based MetroHealth. Six customer service representatives began training in late May and will soon be handling general information calls and assisting with transferring callers to the appropriate departments. In July, these agents as well as 12 additional representatives will begin taking medical scheduling and patient registration calls for various clinics within the 187-year-old healthcare system.
